The Netherlands has shown the world what’s possible — producing more vegetables than they need through advanced greenhouses and hydroponics. When I first learned about this, one question stayed with me:
Why can’t urban families in India enjoy vegetables just as fresh and flavorful?

I’ve always loved salads, especially vibrant leafy greens. Abroad, even a simple red chard leaf tastes incredible — not because it’s exotic, but because it’s harvested fresh and reaches the plate quickly. Freshness makes all the difference.

I grew up in West Singhbhum picking vegetables straight from our home garden — crisp, fragrant, alive. Since moving to Bengaluru, I’ve explored markets from Madivala to HAL, but the taste is never the same.
By the time vegetables travel the long journey to city markets, their freshness — and nutrition — are already fading.

We are reinventing how cities eat.
With vertical Aerotower farming right at the city’s edge, we shrink the distance from farm to plate. Faster harvesting, minimal storage, maximum nutrition — and the flavor you thought you’d lost forever.
Freshness shouldn’t be a luxury.
We’re making it the new normal.
